My latest ALSC post is all about alligators.
(Ever tasted fried alligator? Or alligator boudin? Yum! Hot boudin! There's an alligator festival every year in the parish/county I was raised, all the way down in southeastern Louisiana. It's been a while since I've had it though..c'est trop cher! It also has a short season.)
