We have some great programs this month at the Fauquier County libraries!
You won't want to miss our "Batty For Bats" program! If you saw Jerry Schneider's butterfly program this summer, you know what a fun guy he is! He's coming back with a special bat program Nov 13-14. Bat stories, batcalls, and lots of fun! Here's where you can catch him:
Bealeton Library: Nov 13 (Monday) at 4:30 p.m.
John Marshall Library: Nov 13 (Monday) at 6:30 p.m.
Warrenton Library: Nov. 14 (Tuesday) at 4 p.m.
Children's Book Week is Nov 13-19. Come by the children's room at the Warrenton library that week and write down your favorite book on a strip of colored paper. Help us make a paper chain for our Christmas tree!
Love to read? Love dogs? Come meet our trained therapy dog volunteers with our Paws to Read program! You can bring your favorite picture book or chose from books the librarians have selected. Parents will need to sign a permission slip for the program. You can participate in Paws to Read at these branches:
John Marshall Library: Nov. 15 (Wednesday) at 4 p.m.
Warrenton Library: Nov. 18 (Saturday) at 10 a.m.
In the mood for a movie? Catch a family movie (G and PG) at the Bealeton Library on Nov. 29 at 7 p.m.
